DAO commons

A community that launches as a DAO with a treasury: royalty, a trading tax, governance points and a desk.

The DAO is paid three ways, each fixed at launch, and its liquidity stays locked through the launch window.

How the pools work together

Royalty, tax and the desk’s surcharge all reach the DAO or its LPs on chain. A launch lock makes the DAO the beneficiary, so it collects every fee the launch positions earn while the liquidity stays put.

What is coming or partial

  • Arb recapture (Partial). Partial: Solana has no in-swap executor callback like Uniswap v4's, so reel charges the swap that closes a gap against a reference price instead of running a partner's arbitrage (PROGRAM.md §12). A stale or missing reference skips it.
  • Floor bid (Partial). Partial: live in reel-vaults' orders module as a standing buy order that anyone re-prices to TWAP × (1 − offset) once per cooldown (at least 30 minutes), never past the owner's worst price. reel pools are full-range, so it is a taker order, not a single-sided LP range: it earns no LP fees and closes on its first fill.

Steps

  1. Open each pool’s board; name the DAO treasury as royalty recipient and payee.
  2. Create the launch with weights 50/30/10/10 and a 1,200,000 s liquidity lock, add the pools and finalize.
  3. Lock the launch with the DAO as beneficiary (LaunchLock).
  4. To split the royalty among several payees, name a Revenue Router split (reel-vaults) as the royalty recipient. Once the pools trade, place a Floor bid (reel-vaults) under the market.
