Publishing and partner review
The on-chain review paths reel has (market blocks, integrators and quotes), what each one checks, and the intake for partners, which is not open yet.
What needs review and what doesn't
Opening a pool needs no one's permission: any creator can launch on reel's shared root, or on an owned root that allows them, within the global pauses. Three things do go through the admin, each recorded on chain:
| Path | Instruction | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| A market block | MarketPublish, then MarketAdmit | Pools may install it through the Usage fee block |
| An integrator | IntegratorSet | A share of the protocol cut on pools that name it |
| A quote | QuoteList | A reviewed quote with its own per-pool deposit cap |
Publishing a market block
A builder publishes with MarketPublish: a block_id, a manifest_hash that pins what was reviewed, a fee cap, the builder's share (3,000–6,000 bps) and the backers' share (1,000–4,000 bps), which with 3,000 for reel and the reserve add up to 10,000, and a risk tier. Backers bond tokens behind it with BondDeposit; BondWithdraw takes a 7-day notice. The admin sets its status with MarketAdmit.
A pool can install the block only while it is admitted and bonded at least Config.bond_floor[tier], and keeps it for life. reel-vaults' payouts module (live) pays backers their share with BackerPay. MarketPublish needs Config.bond_mint ($REEL, later), which mainnet's Config doesn't set yet, so no block can be published today. Read Hook Blocks Market and Usage fee.
Becoming an integrator
The admin lists a wallet with IntegratorSet, at a rate up to Config.max_integrator_bps (at most 50% of the protocol cut), and can mark it inactive. A pool copies the rate when it opens, so a later change never touches existing pools. An owned root can name a listed integrator as its payee, and every pool under the root copies it. The trader pays the same either way. Read Integrating as a launcher.
Listing a quote
QuoteList records a reviewed quote mint with a per-pool cap, a badge and a pause switch. A quote with a permanent delegate is accepted only when listed, because its issuer could move vault funds. A review looks at the mint's extensions, its freeze authority and its issuer. Read Quote tokens and Token-2022 risks.
What to prepare
Everything a reviewer checks is on chain or in your source, so it can be prepared now:
- For a block: the source and tests behind the manifest hash, the fee cap and split, and the bond.
- For an integrator: the wallet that receives the share and the product that sends the swaps.
- For a quote: the mint address, its token program and extensions, its freeze and mint authorities, and who issues it.
- For a launchpad: whether it launches on reel's root or an owned root, and which blocks its root allows. Read Owned roots.
