What it does
On every buy, after the protocol's share, a set share of the LP Rewards goes to a recipient fixed at launch. The buyer pays the same with or without it: it comes out of the LPs' part. Sells pay none.
How it works on reel
royalty_bps of LP Rewards after the protocol share accrues in the ROYALTY bucket and is credited to royalty_to's ClaimLedger in the pool's quote; the recipient claims whenever. royalty_to can be a Revenue Router split (reel-vaults), named at PoolInit before it exists.

Base 0.3%, LP Rewards 2%, Auto Burn 1%, a 20% share and a 10% royalty: a 1 SOL buy pays reel 0.006 SOL, the royalty 0.0016 SOL, and LPs 0.0144 SOL of LP Rewards plus the 0.003 SOL base fee.
