Hook Blocks Market
Builders publish bonded add-on blocks; pools that install one pay its usage fee.
Where it runs
Outside
Beside the pool, off the swap path, set up after launch.
Status on reel
Partial
Partial: publishing, admission, bonds and the usage-fee split are in the reel program, and reel-vaults' payouts module (live) pays backers. Publishing a market block needs Config.bond_mint ($REEL, later), which mainnet's Config doesn't set yet, so no block can be published, bonded or installed today and no backer has anything to claim.

What it does
A builder publishes a block with a fee cap, split and risk tier fixed at publish; backers bond tokens behind it and the admin admits its code. A pool installs it at launch in its advisory slot and keeps it for life, and every swap pays the creator's chosen usage fee, split between the builder, the backers, the protocol and a reserve.
How it works on reel
MarketPublish writes a MarketBlock ["mblock", block_id] with builder_bps 3,000–6,000 and backers_bps 1,000–4,000, which with 3,000 add up to 10,000. MarketAdmit sets its status; BondDeposit and BondWithdraw (7-day notice) hold bonds in its bond vault. A pool installs it through the Usage fee block.
Settings
No settings of its own.
Fees and who's paid
Paid to
The block's builder and backers, reel 20%, the block's reserve 10%.
Protocol share
A fixed split set by the program, not the pool's protocol share.
Requires and can't be combined with
Requires
No other block.
Can't be combined with
Nothing: it sits beside any block.
Worked example
A block with builder 45% and backers 25%, installed at 0.5%: a 1 SOL buy pays 0.005 SOL, of which 0.00225 to the builder, 0.00125 to backers, 0.001 to reel and 0.0005 to the reserve.
Solana notes
It works as on hookr; amounts are in SOL or the pool's quote, and times in seconds.
