Campaigns
Put a budget in one token on chain. A poster proposes who earned what, a reviewer can veto it, and then each wallet claims its share. After the claim window, the funder takes back what is left.

Proposes each results file. Leave empty for your wallet.
May veto a results file during its review. Not the poster.

Results are attested, not proved: the reviewer can only veto. If you hold both roles the results are your word. Creating costs about 0.005 SOL of rent; each proposal costs the poster 0.002 SOL or more, by its number of lines.
