What it does
Declare on chain the share of a new token's supply each pool is seeded with. Every pool takes a weight or none does, the weights add up to at most 100%, and each seed must match its weight exactly.
How it works on reel
weights[8] at LaunchCreate: all set or none, adding up to at most 10,000, and PoolSeed must move exactly weight·supply/10⁴ (WeightMismatch).
