What it does
A many-to-many Zap Relay: feeder pools pay a cut of every buy into one mesh vault, which buys up to 4 Zap Relay target pools of different tokens on one quote, by weight or by filling the thinnest target first.
How it works on reel
reel-vaults' zap module with 2 to 4 targets: the vault calls reel's Swap by CPI as a feeder of each target, then burns what it buys or adds it as permanent liquidity. Feeders run Zap Relay source (bit 18) and targets Zap Relay target (bit 19).

reel fixes this block's settings when it ships beside the pool. For reference, hookr's:
Source cut up to 10% (1%); 1 to 4 targets; zapper tip 0–1% (0.5%); price rise per window 0.01–20% (5%).
