What it does
Open a new or existing token in 1 to 8 pools in one launch, each on its own quote with its own liquidity, base fee, protocol share and Hook Blocks. One owner holds every launch position. If any pool fails a check, the whole launch fails.
How it works on reel
LaunchCreate(pool_count), then PoolInit for each pool (distinct quotes, each validated), PoolSeed for each, and LaunchFinalize once all are seeded. The transactions are linked by the Launch account; LaunchAbort lets launch positions out of pools that never went live.

Worked example
