Agent gate

Only registered agents can buy, sell or add liquidity. Removing is never gated.

Where it runs

Advisory

The pool's single add-on slot: one per pool.

Status on reel

In the program

In the reel program: bit 17 of PoolParams.blocks, frozen at PoolInit (PROGRAM.md §5).

Set by

You, at launch

Frozen in PoolParams at PoolInit; nobody can change it after.

What it does

Buys, sells and adds need an agent identity for the signer; removing liquidity never does. A minimum score from a named reviewer set can gate buys and adds, and agents below a tier score, or unscored, pay a surcharge to LPs.

How it works on reel

The signer needs an Agent PDA ["agent", wallet] (AgentRequired). agent_min_score > 0 needs a Score from the reviewer set in adv[0] at least that high for buys and adds (ScoreTooLow); a missing score account counts as unscored. Below agent_tier_score the swap pays agent_tier_pips to LPs. agent_flags bit 0 makes a buy's recipient an agent too; bit 1 allows CPI callers, otherwise the swap must be top level (CpiRefused).

Named at launch: adv[0] reviewer set (needed for a score)

Fees and who's paid

Paid to

LPs, 100% of the tier surcharge.

Protocol share

reel takes no share of it.

Requires and can't be combined with

Worked example

Score to enter 40, tier score 60, tier surcharge 1%: an agent scored 50 buys for 1 SOL and pays 0.01 SOL more to LPs; an agent scored 30 is refused.

Solana notes

ERC-8004 has no mainnet Solana version, so reel ships its own minimal Agent registry with an external_id for a future adapter. A separate launch flag, Agent-only token, has reel-hook require an Agent for every receiving wallet.
