What it does
Claim a code of 3 to 24 lowercase letters, digits or dashes. A wallet links to one code once, for 365 days, and can't refer itself. The referrer earns part of the protocol's cut of that wallet's swaps; the trader pays the same either way.
How it works on reel
ReferrerRegister stores the code and ReferralLink binds a wallet for 365 days. Config.referral_bps of each swap's protocol cut from block fees, the minimum fee and burn (not recapture) is credited to the referrer's ledger in the same swap, while the link is live.

Worked example
With referral_bps at 2,000 and a 1 SOL buy paying reel 0.006 SOL, the referrer's ledger gets 0.0012 SOL and reel keeps 0.0048 SOL.
