In the reel program for new reel tokens: bit 7 of PoolParams.blocks, on one pool per launch. reel-hook books what each holder earns on chain, and reel-vaults' payouts module pays it out: anyone can trigger HolderPay, and it lands in the holder's own token account.

What it does
Sandwich Guard's charges fill a pot, and each collected pot streams over the next 24 hours to the wallets that hold the token, by tokens × seconds held. Nothing is staked.
How it works on reel
Charges routed to destination 2 (Sandwich sandwich_to = 2, Swap Cut, Exit Clock) accrue in the HOLDER_POT bucket. BucketCollect (anyone) pays it into the Holder Pot account of reel-vaults' ["hpot", mint] payer, and reel-hook streams it over 24 h to eligible holders: on-curve wallets with a holder record (the app opens one on a wallet's first buy), not the creator. reel-hook books each holder's HookHolder.earned; reel-vaults' HolderPay pays what was booked, less what it already paid, to the holder. One pool per launch, whose quote is the pot's pay mint.

A back-run pays a Sandwich charge of 0.5 SOL: 0.1 SOL to reel at a 20% share and 0.4 SOL into the Holder Pot, streamed to holders over the next 24 h.
