What it does
A single-sided quote position below the pool's price that buys the token as price falls into it, re-placed under the new price no more often than a cooldown.
How it works on reel
A Floor bid order in reel-vaults' orders module, not a pool block: the owner escrows quote with an offset, a cooldown, a worst price and a fill bounty. FloorRebalance (anyone) re-prices its limit from reel's TWAP; any filler swaps the whole escrow through reel's Swap once the pool pays the limit and takes the bounty.
Settings
reel fixes this block's settings when it ships beside the pool. For reference, hookr's:
Offset 0.5–50% (10%); cooldown 5 min–7 d (1 h); hookr takes at least 20% of its fees.

A re-priced taker order instead of a single-sided LP range: it earns no fees and fills whole, once. hookr's 20% share of bid fees doesn't apply.
