Who we are
These terms are between you and [Operator name] (“we”), which operates the reel interface at [Official domain]. They are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Questions go to [Contact address]. By using the interface you accept them; if you don't, don't use it.
What reel is
reel is a non-custodial interface to programs on Solana. It reads public chain data, prepares transactions and asks your wallet to approve them. Your wallet signs; we never hold your keys and can't move your tokens.
Funds you deposit sit in token accounts owned by the reel program, not by us. The program's rules decide what happens to them. Its admin powers are limited and listed on the security page; the program's upgrade authority, held by [Operator name], can replace the program's code until it is revoked.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and using reel must be lawful for you. You may not use reel from [Restricted jurisdictions] or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it. You are responsible for your own taxes.
Risks you take on
- Upgradable code. Until the upgrade authority is revoked, the program can change.
- Token risk. A token's issuer may be able to freeze accounts, pause transfers or move tokens through a permanent delegate. A frozen or paused quote token can stop a pool's swaps and withdrawals.
- Market risk. Prices move. Liquidity providers face divergence loss. Thin pools move a lot on one trade.
- Final transactions. A confirmed transaction can't be reversed by us or anyone else.
- Infrastructure. RPC providers, wallets, explorers and price feeds can fail or lag. A pool that depends on a price feed may refuse swaps when it is stale.
- Local trading wallet. If you create one, its key lives in your browser and is only as safe as that browser.
A “—” on reel means a value could not be read. It never means zero.
Fees
A transaction can cost Solana network and priority fees, each pool's LP fee and Hook Block charges, reel's protocol share of those charges, any launch or root fee, and price impact. Each pool's charges are frozen when it opens and readable on chain. Your wallet's prompt and the confirmed transaction are the final record of what you paid.
What you may not do
Don't use reel to impersonate a person or project, misrepresent an affiliation, launch a token intended to deceive buyers, or break the law. Don't attack the interface or its server. We may hide a token, a pool or other content from the interface; that doesn't change anything on chain.
No advice
Nothing on reel is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens and pools on reel are created by their creators, not by us, and listing them is not an endorsement. Check every token by its mint address and read its pool's terms before you trade.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop the interface, or any part of it, at any time. The programs on Solana keep running under their own rules: the admin can't pause swaps, withdrawals, fee collection or claims, and you can always reach a pool through another interface or your own code. We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
Liability
[Limitation of liability and disclaimer of warranties: to be written with legal review for [Jurisdiction].]
